It is said that abortion is an issue with many sides, many factors, and many reasons. However, if one saw the truth of what abortion really is, there would only be one thing to understand: abortion kills a living child.

It couldn’t be any simpler than that. So why are people so adamant that abortion is right? Why can’t they see that abortion really is murder? The answer is because many of these people who claim to be “pro-choice” have never seen the harsh reality. They see abortion as something that happens without fully thinking about exactly what it is that is happening. They claim that abortion removes “tissue” without ever stopping to realize that the “tissue” looks terribly like a baby’s fingers and toes. What these people need is to be educated. They need to see and understand that abortion is a brutal killing that serves no good purpose.

In order to educate these people, Pinckney Pro-Life has created the heart-wrenching film “Victims of Choice”. This film was created exclusively by the youth of PPL. It shows real pictures of an unborn child in various stages of development. Then, with “It’s Okay to Cry” by LaRue playing movingly in the background, the film cuts to frame upon frame of aborted children. Sometimes there are only bloodied fingers and toes, about the size of a quarter, obviously torn from the rest of the body.

In the beginning, the film respects anyone’s right to turn away or leave so as not to view the content. However, we need to ask ourselves, if “pro-choice” people can’t look at the aftermath of abortion, than how can they possibly advocate it?

Remember, pictures speak volumes, louder than words. One amazing picture can shock the world, as we see is true in many instances in our history. People can refute what you are saying, but it is harder to deny evidence held in front of their eyes.

If everyone knew what abortion really looked like, then there would be an outcry. “Pro-choice” advocates would crumble and America would demand this practice be stopped. So let’s educate people because people deserve to see the truth, and babies deserve to be born.
